We've noticed a significant increase in package theft lately, and we want to do everything we can to ensure the safe delivery of your order. However, it's important to note that once your package is in transit, we are not responsible for any losses due to theft from doorsteps, mailboxes, or delivery addresses. Therefore, we kindly ask you to make the necessary arrangements to receive your package securely.
SHIPPING TIME Our average shipping time is typically 2–10 business days. However, please keep in mind that these are just estimates based on our current order volume and capacity.
While we strive to provide accurate estimated delivery times, please understand that they are not guarantees. There are several factors that could affect the actual delivery date, such as issues with print or embroidery files, product availability, and shipping-related delays like failed delivery attempts or service disruptions.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information.
PLEASE CONFIRM YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS Before submitting your order, please double-check that your shipping address is correct. While we will do our best to accommodate address changes if notified before shipment, we cannot guarantee it.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Orders shipped to outdated or incorrect addresses provided during checkout.
- Requests to change addresses with USPS due to incorrect information entered by the customer.
- Any charges incurred as a result of rerouting or reshipping packages due to address errors.
- Any packages lost or delayed by UPS.
