Refund Policy
S_ily P is committed to delivering top-notch products to our customers at competitive prices. However, if you find yourself dissatisfied with your purchase, please refer to the following guidelines for returns.
Any claims regarding misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be reported within four weeks of receiving the product. Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted within four weeks of the estimated delivery date. Rest assured, any errors on our part will be covered at our expense.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with the tags still attached. Unfortunately, items that do not meet these criteria or those marked as non-returnable cannot be accepted.
Please reach out to us to initiate the return process and obtain a Return Authorisation Number. This number is necessary for us to process your return efficiently. Kindly note that all returns must be authosized before sending back any items. We do not offer refunds for buyer's remorse or size exchanges, but you may place a new order for the correct size at your expense.
In case of an incorrect address provided by you or your courier deems the address insufficient, the shipment will be returned to our facility. Any costs incurred for reshipment will be your responsibility after we confirm an updated address with you. Similarly, unclaimed shipments returned to our facility will require reshipment costs to be covered by you or your end customer.
Please be aware that, in accordance with Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, we reserve the right to refuse returns for goods that have been customised or personalised according to the consumer's specifications.
